PSITE 2012 the shocking event in my life
Last February 3, 2011 is the third day of Philippine Society of Information Technology Education at Balanga, Bataan. KJ, Mav and I are one of the competitors on that day for audio visual presentation. We are very early to KJ’s house because we need to edit our video rapidly because it is not rendered yet. But because we are lucky we did it in time before 6:30am. KJ didn’t attend or come with us because he felt bad because compete already at day before our competition but he gave his full support with us. I think it is already 7:00 when we arrive to school and we saw Sir Montano checking the t-shirt sizes. I joke him and said “Sir we only rendered the introduction” and we laugh. We’re so excited but we felt nervous because we do not know if we can make judges satisfied to our presentation because that work is really rushed but we still believed, we can made it.
Before 11:00 am we arrived to Louise Restaurant were the PSITE held. We saw many Information Technology Students and I felt nervous again and said in my mind “Bahala na si Bataman, Bahala na si Lord, Bahala na talaga”. After registration we go to our respondent seat. We watch some competition like Mr. I.T.  and teach me how to dougie dance competition, we also listen to seminars about I.T. careers and Game Programming. We’re so bored because there is no hyper presentations that catch the attention of BSIT-III.
Time of 3:10 pm when the announcer said “Please prepare the AVP and we will play it on screen”. I felt so nervous and hopeless because I’m the main character that’s why I filled my face with my scarf. AVP screening starts at 3: 25pm, and according to what I see, the graphics of other competitors were very advance compared to our work but I believed we have chance if they looked to the content of story.
The time is 4:30 pm, announcing the winners started. We were the champion for Mr. IT, then the PSITE officer announce blah.. blah… blah.. but when we heard the word AVP? “The third placer for AVP competition is……………………. Lyceum of Subic Bay!” announcer said. Maverick and I look to each other and we do not know what to do or we think if we are awake but Ma’am Samantha said “Go!”. So we are very happy because we got third place over seven competitors. We’re so happy texting and informing KJ that our video wins and he said “Congrats!”. Our department gets more medals and certificates because Lyceum BSIT built the name and flag of our department and school. Mav and I said “Next time we have to study after effects and more video editing because if we are able to use AE we can win to the competition”. We promise that next time we will join again targeting the word “CHAMPION”. God bless Us!

Chocolate cake, fruit cake, chocolate mousse, leche plan, gelatin, donuts, candies, etc. are the modern sweet foods that really love by the Filipinos especially children. Do you know those are impluenced by other country like Spanish, Americans, Japanese, Paris, Italy and China. But before those foods came here in the Philippines we have our sweet healthy delicious native dessert? Bibingka, kalamay kanin, kalamay ube, kalabasa, kalamay lansong, tinupak, champorado, puto at kutsinta, biskotso, suman, palitaw, bukayo, macapuno, bananaque, kamoteque, ube and strawberry jam and many more were exist before the foreigner came here in the Philippines. Our native foods are made by our own products like banana, kamote, rice, coconut, and fruits. Have you taste those delicious native foods? If not you missed one of the precious moment of your life that’s why you have to try our own foods my countryman. In our place which is Morong Bataan make those desserts but we are good in making puto, kutsinta, bibingka and kalamay and one more thing elders love eating those native desserts because it is their background since birth. It don’t have sweet flavorings like chocolates and icings but I assured It is healthy food and delicious. Try it and be amazed to our own products and native foods because Filipinos are blessed not only we have resources but we brew great.

“The Softest and Coldest Voice Ever”

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1_lfpr9bT7k

The Corrs were the best singer ever because they created many inspiring song such as runaway, all the love in the world, etc. Their lead vocals Andrea Corr has soft voice like angel if she sing a song and the violinist Sharon Corr is best for playing a violin, Caroline Corr best for playing drums, piano and bodhran and their guitarist and pianist Jim Corr is good for creating a rolling sound in his instrument. They are the best for me because when I’m listening they’re songs I felt relaxed and I fallen inlove with Evangeline Catle Martinez again and again till eternity. It is the band with softest and coldest voice vocalist.

“The Trayk Driver”

Last Friday January 27, 2012 my aunt and I bought gas stove because our gas stove crash. After that we ate our lunch in MCDO then she go to bus terminal and I stayed because I wait my classmate to do our project. He said he is not ready yet but I replied “it’s ok because I’m going to take a look to SM and Green Hills while I’m waiting.  Then I decided to walk at the parking area of MCDO at the back then I saw many tricycle drivers moving like an ant army I mean they are fallen line moving forward if the tricycle driver at the front got a passenger. I watch them because they are cute in my eyes because they are well disciplined drivers and they love each other. Some of them are joking around while waiting a passenger and other were sitting under the tree. Before we go to the house of our classmate I took some pictures using my cherry mobile phone as remembrance for this day and remembrance of the place where I spend one hour and fourty five minutes but I see another story and world in the City of Truth. God Bless those who seek to live in a clean way.

“A man came from Hell to save Angels: Ben Tulfo”
Do you know Ben Tulfo? He is the host of TV5 BITAG and he is ally of justice in the Philippines. When I was in fourth year I think his program is kind of prank and non-sense because why would they show their operations right? If they show their operation in public many criminals, scammers, etc. will be alarmed immediately and they think many plans in order to avoid the police operations to terminate them because they see it in television and it has possibility happen in reality. I watch his program once but I think it is not Ben but his brother Erwin? Today I January 26, 2012 I tried to watch Bitag in www.youtube.com and I realized this program is great because they help those people needs them. He is brave because he frankly says anything with justice to the bad guys.  He is always in right track and he says only the necessary words according to the situation and if he already talks, no one can match him. I think he is a man came from hell to save angels because he can intimidate and enforce the evil guys. He looks like a warrior general at ancient time because he fears no one however he respects his fellowmen and that’s what I want from him. He is like Leonidas of Spartan, Alexander of Macedonia, and Julius Caesar of Rome, Ramses of Egypt and Achilles of Greek which fight for the honor of their country and to protect their people. Ben Tulfo is man came from hell to haul the evil people into hell.
